These Regulations set out the rules for the use of the online store\u00a0COCOS.CODES<\/strong>, available at\u00a0https:\/\/iarina029.supserv.cozmoslabs.com\/<\/a>, and the terms and conditions for the conclusion and performance of contracts for the sale of products offered by the store.<\/p>

1. general provisions<\/strong><\/h6>
  1. Online store\u00a0COCOS.CODES<\/strong>, available at\u00a0https:\/\/iarina029.supserv.cozmoslabs.com\/<\/strong><\/a>, sells digital products, including modules, domains, servers and VPS servers, and offers additional services such as online store repair, acceleration, optimization and other development and support services.<\/li>
  2. These Regulations set out the rules for the use of the store, the conclusion of sales contracts and the rights and obligations of the Buyer and Seller.<\/li>
  3. The Regulations are addressed to both consumers (natural persons) and entrepreneurs (legal persons and organizational units).<\/li><\/ol>
    2. contracting<\/strong><\/h6>
    1. Orders are placed through the website\u00a0COCOS.CODES<\/strong>\u00a0by selecting a product, adding it to the shopping cart and making payment.<\/li>
    2. After the payment is credited, the Buyer receives the product electronically to the specified e-mail address in the form of a download.<\/li>
    3. The contract of sale is concluded when payment for the order is made.<\/li><\/ol>
      3. payments<\/strong><\/h6>
      1. Store\u00a0COCOS.CODES<\/strong>\u00a0offers secure online payments through selected payment systems.<\/li>
      2. Prices of products are given in Polish zloty (PLN<\/strong>) and include VAT. The store also accepts payments in currencies\u00a0USD<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0EUR<\/strong>, and amounts in these currencies are converted at the current exchange rate.<\/li>
      3. The order is processed only after full payment.<\/li><\/ol>
        4 Delivery<\/strong><\/h6>
        1. Digital products are automatically delivered to the Buyer's email address after payment is credited.<\/li>
        2. Delivery is free of charge, and the Buyer does not incur any additional costs.<\/li><\/ol>
          5. right to withdraw from the contract (returns)<\/strong><\/h6>
          1. A buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, in accordance with Article 27 of the Law on Consumer Rights.<\/li>
          2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products delivered in electronic form, if they have been downloaded or activated by the Buyer.<\/li>
          3. If the purchased product does not work properly, and the store's technical support is unable to correct the defect, the buyer is entitled to a full refund.<\/li><\/ol>
            6 Complaints and technical support<\/strong><\/h6>
            1. Complaints about products should be reported to the e-mail address:\u00a0contact@cocos.codes<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>
            2. The store provides technical support to solve problems related to the functioning of products.<\/li>
            3. Complaints are processed within 14 days of their filing.<\/li><\/ol>

              1. The buyer is entitled to free upgrades of purchased products within the specified support period.<\/li>
              2. Information about available updates will be sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering.<\/li><\/ol>

                  All digital products offered by the store COCOS.CODES<\/strong>, such as modules, integrations or modifications, are assigned to one domain (one store). The license also allows you to run the product on subdomains and server directories, such as:<\/p>
